No. Hiring decisions are outside our control. Career Elevator is designed to put you in a stronger position by improving clarity, positioning, role fit, market understanding and the quality of the evidence you use in applications.
Who is Career Elevator for?
It is built primarily for experienced professionals, managers, specialists and leaders who want to progress, change role, reposition themselves or understand why their current job search is not landing as strongly as expected.
Is the Career Audit really free?
Yes. The Career Audit is the free entry point and is designed to provide standalone value. You can then decide whether the paid Career Elevator service is useful for you.
Which countries are supported at launch?
Career Elevator is launching initially in the UK, Australia, the United States excluding Washington State, and Canada excluding Quebec. You can still register interest if your target work country is elsewhere so we can understand demand for future expansion.
Why isn’t Career Elevator available in Quebec or Washington State at launch?
Quebec and Washington State each have additional legal, privacy and compliance requirements that need specific product and data controls. Rather than launch there before those requirements have been properly addressed, we’ve chosen to exclude those locations initially. This is not intended to be permanent: we’ll review both after launch and expand availability when the appropriate requirements are in place.
